Meal Savers

Vendor Agreement

Last updated July 2026

Welcome to the family. This is the plain-language version of what you can expect from us, and what we count on from you.

1. Becoming a partner

You apply, we review, and once approved your business goes live on the marketplace. You confirm you're authorized to represent the business and that you hold any licenses or permits your city requires.

2. Your listings

  • Describe bags honestly, including a realistic original value and an accurate pickup window.
  • List known allergens whenever you can.
  • Keep quantities current — pause or mark sold out rather than leaving a bag up you can't fill.

3. Pricing and commission

You set the discounted price. Meal Savers retains a marketplace commission on each completed order, shown on your payouts page, and the remainder is yours.

4. Payouts

Payouts are sent to your connected payout account on a regular schedule once orders are completed. You're responsible for keeping your payout and tax details accurate and up to date.

5. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel an order or a customer reports a genuine problem, the customer is refunded and the corresponding amount is deducted from your next payout. Repeated cancellations affect your visibility on the marketplace.

6. Food safety and quality

You are solely responsible for the safety, handling, storage, labeling, and quality of everything you sell. Food must be safe to eat at the time of pickup and comply with all applicable health regulations.

7. Your brand

You give Meal Savers permission to display your business name, logo, photos, and listing details for the purpose of promoting your bags. You can withdraw that permission by leaving the platform.

8. Suspension and termination

Either side can end this agreement at any time. We may suspend a business for safety concerns, repeated no-fills, fraud, or abusive behavior. Outstanding payouts for completed orders are still paid.

9. Independent businesses

You operate independently. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, or franchise relationship between us.

10. Questions

Reach out through the Contact page — we'd rather talk it through than let anything stay confusing.

Heads up: this is a friendly starter template, not legal advice. Swap in your own language (and have a lawyer glance at it) before launch day.
